John is probably 10 rungs above Brent Harris on the organization chart, it was classless and inappropriate for him to treat a reporter asking, yes, football related questions, so poorly. That was an unbelievably blatant dirty play by Robinson. That move could literally kill someone.

I can feel Stan White (who used to do those interviews) cringing every time we end a half on a sour note. I get it, he's emotional, it's an emotional game, but frankly he acts like a petulant child at times. I know one other coach who acts like that...in New England. Sometimes you need to be the example and provide a calm, mature presence.

Darren has been one of the real positives of camp so far for sure. With Breshad's incredibly disappointing absence up til now, I am wondering if The Wall (lol) should be that guy to run the 9 route Torrey did so often. He has pretty good straight line speed IIRC and certainly the size to win up top. I know that would leapfrog him up the in the pecking order but you can't teach those physical gifts...and if he just gets a PI, mission accomplished. Anyway, this kid is easy to root for.

Really cannot believe Chip would fan the flames on this. Very inappropriate for him to do so, and it will not endear him to his coaching brethren. Pretty sure this spells the end of joint practices with the Eagles, along with any feel-good history Harbaugh had with the old guard in Philly.

Balfan23 nailed it. There's always gotta be a bad guy, somebody riding the black horse, wearing the black hat, looking to ruin the day for the white hats. Look around the NFL...who is that team? It's not the Raiders any more - it's us. Heck Steeler fans have made it part of their religion. Might as well embrace it. It has its advantages.

Given a night to sleep on it, I'm not gonna get worked up. We were vanilla I think on both O & D. Chip's got a unique fast-break O that we simply hadn't spent time preparing for. Disappointed that Joe wasn't better. Funny thing is, you know if this were a playoff game Joe would have been razor sharp. I'd like more consistency out of the guy during the reg season, that's all. At WR I hope they are just protecting Camp by not playing him. I mean, he's made the team as long as he's healthy. Waller needs to given the opportunity to replace Perriman. He's the only one with the size/speed combo and he's earned it. Heady stuff for a 6th rounder but he seems to be a fast learner and makes plays when the lights come on. On D...Sizzle blew his lid early after the personal foul and that set the tone. That's when a leader like himself needs to rally the troops. Arthur Brown is fast, really fast. Man if he could just get the mental part down. Jernigan was kinda quiet I think. Also I'm calling it - Tray Walker will be a star in this league. We need to get healthy on the O-line obviously.

Did anyone else cath the Sal Pal/Hensley conversation on ESPN's site? Sal said Perriman was limping and didn't see how he could play in preseason basically. Pretty disappointing.

Given Marlon's sporadic play and questionable health these days, he really shouldn't be a "lock". If Waller outplays him, for example, then just go with the young guy (with the huge ceiling).

Well, Asa back on the field to some degree, Brooks off PUP (what?!), and Perriman with a negative MRI and possibly a definitive return timeframe. I'll take it.

Thanks rmw10, I'd be interested in Arthur Brown. It was nice to hear Jerry Rosburg say some nice things today, specifically with respect to his speed. Whatever you provide will be greatly appreciated here, I'm sure.

Man that was the first time I got truly annoyed by Harbaugh. The minute he went political and said "build the wall" I shut off the presser. Stick to coaching football John. Hope the rest of the interviews were better.

Pretty clear from the PFF rankings that Yanda is totally bringing the offense down Seriously though, Tray Walker is the small school guy I am going to follow closely, as I did with Lardarius when he came into the league. Just one game, his first anywhere near this level, but I really like what I saw out there.

Carl Davis, first and foremost. Camp...nice. Good to see Brown flash some of that speed getting into the backfield on that one play. I didn't see a lot of pressure from Zadarius. I think he was unblocked on what would have been a sack except for the illegal formation. I think Carter has a chance given ST contributions, although his only fielded kick - ugh. Oh yeah, and Max did what we thought he could do. He just looks like he needs a little more work in the weightroom. Oh yeah, Boyle did a great job, along with Renner. Bad on the pick but showed tremendous fight all the way back.
