Imagine that... QBs are dependent on other player to look good. What a concept.
Every one of your posts gets a neg 1, methinks someone has an admirer

We'll be riding out the storm to another losing season, keeping a terrible OC for the sake of not having change is ridiculous
I honestly think we should fire Trestman and promote Hammock to interim OC, ride West until the bitter end, he's shown he can make things happen even with a patch work oline.
Clearly I'm not here to contribute, I'm just here to make observations and sarcastic comments at this point

In what universe is 5 games not enough to judge a career? it only took Jimmy 3 years to put it together

what? two possessions out of the last seven had run plays, clearly we were running it too MUCH
The evolution of the thread is interesting - total insanity, then the cool down to relative sanity, then now every other comment is from the trolls picking up the scraps while a couple people try to have rational conversations.
This thread went from sane madness and frustration to over the top real quick.
We all want Trestman gone but Harbaugh and Ozzie aren't going anywhere, nor should they.

Cam Cameron just became available - /s

Not just taking the knee was one of the worst decisions I've ever seen bar none
We're all on board with firing Trestman but calling for Harbaugh's head is ridiculous. Give us a half decent OC and we're 5-0 right now.
Even Cam Cameron knew to ride the run game when it was working, this is absolutely ridiculous. Give me literally anyone but Trestman.
Best news of all: with this L we might actually be able to rid ourselves of Trestman. Abandoned the running game in the 2nd and 4th quarter almost completely, completely inexcusable when West is averaging almost 9 yards per carry. Get this man out of town.
1 minute ago, rmcjacket23 said:Well, basically it was one drive in the red zone, where I agree the play calling was bad.
The other drive was with less than 2 minutes left, so I'm not exactly sure what fans are expecting there. Did you think we were just going to break off 20 yard runs inside of 2 minutes?
There's basically one drive in the red zone where we looked to have "abandoned" the run. Other than that, I don't see the issue.
Easy to say "o well we had multiple drives where we didn't run" when you completely ignore the context of those drives, such as time left on the clock, position on the field, etc.
It absolutely blows my mind that you can sit here and defend the offensive playcalling in the second quarter. Saying were balanced in the second quarter is just a straight up lie. We moved the ball no problem in the first, then we abandoned the run game and had 3 and outs. I don't understand how you can honestly sit here and defend that,
1 minute ago, rmcjacket23 said:Well, I suppose we could start running it more. Like, we can start running on 3rd and 9 like we did.
O, wait, that didn't work out so well.
I mean running it just for the sake of running it isn't going to put any points on the board.
passing it on first and second is what's getting us to 3rd and 9
3 minutes ago, rmcjacket23 said:Lopsided though due to poor defensive performance in 2015 and somewhat in 2014. No point in running the ball when you're playing down double digits for over half the game.
Trestman has done a great job of sticking with the run in this game. Converting into points has been an execution problem mostly, as well as horrendous ST performance.
Um what? we've had multiple drives come out and pass it three times and out. THe first quarter was balanced, not the second by any stretch of the imagination
CAn people stop defending Trestman now? he's completely abandoned the run game that's been working, wth kind of a move is that?
From the sound of things "super windy" is an understatement, we might not be getting any long heaves today - not that we've seen many so far this year anyway.
Now Zrebiec is saying that Davis and Price are sharing first team reps in warmups, might be splitting time
9 minutes ago, JO_75 said:Tavon Young or Will Davis I assume is starting in his place?
I'd say Powers or Davis. Either way it's a likely rusty Davis vs. 2 slot CBs to take his spot. Many may not like Wright but this week's matchups at WR weren't terrible for him, his loss may be bigger than some will make it out to be going into the game. Washington's offense can be explosive if Cousins gets hot.
EDIT: Nvm I suppose we may have our answer

The other thing I notice is no players around him at all. None are congratulating him. They completely ignore him. God I hate that guy.
Oh and did I say I'm actually a Browns fan today?
I'd give so much to have the Browns beat them, that's a quick way to shut up Pats fans for about 5 minutes before the excuses start to flow (all of which assigning blame to everyone but him)
