3 for 91 and 1 TD. Heck of a guess for me
Mike Wallace 1TD 125+ yards
Wake up between 8am - 9am. Breakfast. Get dressed and leave my house at 11am to park and walk to my seat in time for pregame activities. Although I'll leave earlier this Sunday expecting more traffic at the gate.

It's possible. Given Campanaro's injury history my guess is he really had to be perfect on kick returns. Watching a guy who gets injured often fumble twice on one play was painful.
After the Super Bowl win and team purge of so many veterans, I'm still amazed they nearly made the playoffs in 2013 and went pretty far in 2014. Of course the wheels finally fell off in 2015.
I don't know what more they could have done with the offense. It's to bad Eugene Monroe didn't work out, but they seem to have found a pretty solid LT in Ronnie Stanley. The receiving core on paper is the deepest we've ever had with 3 legit vertical threats. The TE position has been the deepest on the team. Unfortunately Ben Watson is out for the season, but if Maxx Williams and Dennis Pitta can both stay healthy they'll be just fine this year. I have some concern with the running backs. It's a pretty young group.
The defense is the question and a lot of it depends on Suggs and Dumerville. If both can stay healthy and play at relatively high level than I think the D will be OK. Even with the amount of picks they put into DE with Correa, Kaufusi, Z Smith and Matt Judon, it remains to be seen if it's enough (or the right picks I should say) should Suggs or Dumerville go down. The CB position after Jimmy Smith is still a major question marks. They upgraded the safety position, but not with youth. Their recent misses on Elam and Brooks hurt. The D-line appears to be pretty solid. The middle linebacker position is a high draft pick and UDFA. Again, their miss on Arthur Brown hurts here. So, quite honestly I'm not sure what to expect from the D. Seems to me if the pass rush is solid then they'll be fine, otherwise there's to many possible holes elsewhere.
Special teams. Tucker and Koch. The best in the league. As far as kick returner, they have yet to address this position. They won Super Bowls 35 and 47 with two dynamic return guys in Jermaine Lewis and Jacoby Jones, so we all know the importance of the position.
Overall, given their draft position and what they had available I give them a grade of B-. They addressed some need and left others possibly wide open. I still think this is a playoff team that can do some damage. 12-4.
My 6 year old is crying over Justin Forsett. Ugh...
Forsett??? I don't get it. Then why was Forsett sitting out preseason games like he was one of the starters?? Wow.
Brooks, Camp AND Butler gone??? Wow! Stunning.

C'mom man, I don't like the Butler cut either, but were still Ravens fans. Let's hop Butler either makes it to our practice squad or signs with an NFC team that we don't play this year or next.
Totally stunned they let Butler go!!! These preseason games seem totally meaningless now. What more could he have done??? I hope he gets signed by a team in the NFC and sees a lot of playing time. He deserves it.
If they don't sign Hester then they need to keep Campanaro and maybe work Chris Moore in throughout the season. I wouldn't just put Moore back there with one return under his belt.
In regards to Ed Reed coaching... There aren't to many examples in the league where great players make great coaches. It' a completely different skill set. Plus, wasn't there an article not to long ago talking about how John Harbaugh and Ed Reed didn't talk for days? Something about Ed Reed not buying into the system? In any event, the Ravens issue has been talent. They lost to many players after the Super Bowl and are just now IMO restocking with deep talent. 2014 was pretty amazing considering they were so close to going back to the Championship Game.
The good news is Ozzie Newsome and John Harbaugh have some tough decisions to make. NFL quality players are going to be cut. I'm pulling for Jeremy Butler and Josh Johnson to make the team. Although I doubt they carry 3 QBs.
Super Bowl 35 - Jermaine Lewis
Super Bowl 47 - Jacoby Jones
Both these guys were crucial in their respective seasons. If Devin Hester is better than what we have then do it. Of course the issue is most likely someone with talent who belongs on an NFL roster will need to be cut. I'd hate to have Ozzie's job right now.
My 2 cents...
I'd rather keep only 6 receivers (SSSr, Wallace, Perriman, Aiken, Butler, Moore) and keep 5 corners (Jimmy Smith, Wright, Tavon Young, Will Davis, Powers).
Cut: Campanaro, Mathews, Price, Reynolds, Canady.
Practice Squad (assuming they make it through): Canady, Reynolds
The Good:
- Breshard Perriman healthy with 2 nice catches
- Jeremy Butler with another solid game
- Matt Judon might be a 5th round steal
- Terrence Brooks covered a lot of ground
- Josh Johnson is going to be on an NFL team this year if not the Ravens
The Bad:
- The run defense
- No dominant returner
The Ugly
- John Johnson's slide
- Campanaro double fumble

I didn't think it was an easy catch. The ball was high and he took a bad angle. The defender was right there anyway. I didn't see it as a drop. He just failed to make a tough catch that would have gone no where anyway.
1st half takeaway. The Ravens are deep with talent this year. The Saints are in trouble.
Great play by Josh Johnson to stop the clock and not turn the ball over. Awareness. I hope he makes the team.
Did the Saints o-line stop playing???
lol defense dominating now.
Strip 6 baby!!!
Count me in as a Jeremy Butler fan, and not just as a 6th or 7th receiver. He needs to be on the field.

I think it's fair to say they are better than last year. Weddle and Webb is a pretty big upgrade. No one seemed out of position. It will be interesting to see if Shareece Wright can bring it like that every game. The pass rush needs to improve, but they at least have young guys on the team that can help in Judon and Correa. Obviously no one expects the 2000 defense or even the 2006/2008 defense. But top 10 seems attainable.
