  1. My keepers are all set so good to go, may not make the draft as it'll be 0200 my time, we will see
  2. Personally thought Gilmore didn't look at all good in the second preseason game. awareness, catching, running and especially blocking all lacked what I'd expect of a Ravens to be honest
  3. I'll be another UK owners!
  4. Any chance we can keep it at 1700... That's 2200 my time if we draft at 2100 your time that'll be 0200 my time haha
  5. West and Dixon as our two headed monster actually look like a really good setup, as for Allem and Taliaferro, not overly impressed with what they've shown but we've got three more games yet.
  6. I get the feeling.... That you didn't like the villain?
  7. I'd be shocked if Simon Pegg was signed up to a TV show in the US not to mention the guy earns boat loads of money on stuff here in the UK, and he has a lot of commitments this end that he just wouldn't give up.
  8. See that right there is why it's terribly difficult comparing Batmans. I watched Suicide Squad last night and Batman convo came up after. Bale did suit the more modern Batman universe in his films and I think that's part of the reason I didn't like Bale in BvS is because I was putting him in Bales films which simply doesn't fit. Last night when Batman came swopping down on Deadshot I must admit I thought that same shot with Bales Bat wouldn't have worked. So a lot is to be said for the environment these Batmen are playing in. Watching Killing Joke tonight mind. In regards to Suicide Squad, truly don't understand the hate. A visual treat and the soundtrack arguably one of the best in years for any film comic or not. Just the right dose of humour, generally a very good movie that certainly doesn't deserve the horrendous ratings it is currently receieving. Are people just writing bad reviews becuase that's the 'cool' thing to do?
  9. I love comic book characters, now that's not to be confused with being a Comic book fan, I never really had comics as a kid, strict upbringing bla bla bla... but I've grown into movies and love the comic genre. So I do like the character that Batman is (I have read back storys etc...), I think Snyder poorly portrays him and I'm a little worried about Justice League, Batman should be the imposing figure in that film, and I will only ever watch a single trailer for films (too many desaturate the experience i've found) and from the teaser ive seen, it just seems like Affleck isn't that imposing figure, he could be any other guy. For all of Christian Bales throat issues (couldn't understand him by the Dark Knight) he was an icon playing an icon, Affleck is just an Average Joe playing an icon and the comic book character is simply overshadowing Affleck . Generally I think you need to strike a balance between actor and character. Ironman, perfect (in Civil War and the 1st Ironman), Captain America perfect in all his films, Black Panther just epic, even Ant Man I loved all be it Rudd if anything overshadows the character slightly. My point being is that in BvS, Batman is a nobody. The thing that saves that entire film isn't even in the name and that's of course WW.
  10. Based on the triplets I can't understand how people would argue that Amari Cooper & Latavius are a worse duo then our two is insane. Same with AJ Green and Jeremy Hill. I'm a bit surprised the Eagles are ranked so lowly, again sort of understand why, injuries and all that and still the Niners are far too high, if anything i'd have been happier with those two switched and us be above the Niners.
  11. Sweet
  12. But Europe has got the International Series Games, because of that attendance at the pre-season games would be low. NFL didn#t really think when sending regular season games across
  13. I get why people are jumping on the Chargers side, and whilst I agree that the players should still negotiate, if a team like the Chargers is doing the same thing with Bose that they have with every first round pick in recent memory (which is what is happening) then Bosa will need to simply accept these same terms, or request a trade if he's not happy with the Chargers offer. Now don't get me wrong, in my opinion both sides are not handling this situation with much in the way of finesse, and there are points where you can side with San Diego and points where you can side with Bosa. Ultimately the Chargers haven't changed how they offer their contract, a new player, a rookie in many ways should accept this fact when entering an organisation who values you so highly. He will still be signging for a ton of money and he is getting the same deal 1st rounders before him have got. If he is truly not happy with the deal on the table and not happy with how the Chargers run things then he needs to request a trade and find a team willing to give him what he wants as I don't see the Bolts budging to be frank. They ar every much in the mindset "you get what everyone else gets" and can you not see why they are happy in that mindset. As much as I agree that the player should negotiate, the team should also stick by their morales, all be it financially driven.
  14. This post gets a win from me
