Wow. Not happy. Will not be engaging on FB or any other platforms because it doesnt allow for actual discussion. Just one or two lines of unsubstantiated, emotional garbage or "hot takes." Plus, i dont want to be bombarded with advertising while discussing the Ravens... But, i guess you cant really advertise on here and capitalize on the "engagement" so why bother. Im being unreasonable, but i dont care.

Wow. As a fan who left Baltimore in 2003 and found this community I can't say enough about how upsetting this is. Facebook has some of the worst 'Raven' fans.

Having met him a few times after that initial meeting, he was always super cool and classy. Good to my kid. Good to my wife. Good to his fans. He fought hard he played hard. He is what it means to be a RAVEN. He will always be one of my favorite RAVENS.

i wouldnt come here because the news section has gotten pretty bad. theres no news, no real information, all the videos and articles are basically "heres a long drawn out bunch of stuff you already know" or "lolfunstuff and amateur opinions"

What don't you people understand... cutting or trading flacco is a 47 million cap hit that would force us to cut well over half of our starters and major contributors just to get even with the cap. We aren't just trading joe, we are dismantling the ENTIRE TEAM with this move and we aren't just getting rid of joe and drafting players, we would need to draft an entire roster over the next decade and have every early pick go well just to be competitive by the mid 2020s.

So because other teams are getting rid of their message boards we have to get rid of ours? I haven't seen too many keyboard bullies here...

The Ravens send out a daily email with what is on the site so no reason to visit. No way I would pay. This isn't someone's personal site this is the Ravens official message board. Biscotti has made 100's of millions off the Ravens and my tax dollars already subsidizes the team. If he doesn't want to pay the minimal money it costs to run this forum to promote his business why would I?

I would definitely donate 5 or even $10 to support to keep the message board existed. This is THE ONLY place to visit for football discussion or learn something about football. I can't go anywhere if this closed down. and I can guaranteed that I will disappear as soon as the board shut down......

Just saw Casserly has us taking WR Ross at 16 in his March 7th mock. His reasoning was, "Flacco gets much needed speed at receiver." Are you serious? Does he not know who our top 2 receivers are? This is why I hate mocks by the media. Corey Davis still available too.

BTW Williams cap hit for this season is only 6 mil which is not to bad. It will go up to 11 mil next season. After that season if he plays poorly he can be cut post june saving almost 10 mil in cap space with only 2.5 mil in dead money for the next seasons. 1 season at 6 mil then 2 at 11 before he can become a cut casualty. that people actually cry about this is beyond me...

that's a bit of an asinine comment, i technically only joined last year but i've been on these boards in various ways for around 4-5 years... the time you've been a member doesn't lessen the importance of these boards to someone

I don't think you get it. Joe's 24M cap hit is destroying the team and the only way to fix it is to almost double that cap hit while he plays for another team. With Ryan Mallett at the helm, and Cleveland's 2 first rounders that we'll spend on a DE and WR, we'll dominate the league!!!! We'll just ask every other player to take a pay cut to mitigate Joe's dead cap hit and I'm sure they'll all do it with a smile. /sarcasm

ZDS even with 6 sacks as a rookie didn't look good, he treats every play like a sprint and runs himself clean out of the play. I'm not sure he has an NFL skill set, stiff, no bend, no change of direction. Judon looked far better in his rookie year and clearly has better traits, his instincts were off the charts at times, you don't often see rookie edge rushers with a clear path to the qb break off his rush because he sees the screen developing, he did that pretty often

I know it's easy to think that every player wants to stay here, but remember that these guys are pretty much told where they have to live and work after college. When some get the opportunity to be closer to where they want to be, they take it. Wagner has no ties here to Baltimore other than us drafting him.
