Wallace and I'm not thinking too hard about it. I got a lot of love for what Torrey has done here but I think Wallace can do a bit more than him.

I mean, who wants to play for the browns? He's trying anything he can to get pass over or trade out
  3. 4 points
He's a Cowboys fan. He wants to play for his childhood team. Your missing have the context. The day before he said he will do his best to help the browns become great if they pick him. It's nothing to do with Cleveland and everything about wanting to play for the team he loves. I'd say the same thing about Baltimore. Come and get me, I'm a huge fan I want to play for you.

Where we getting all that money to re-sign/sign those new guys?

Yeah, while amusing this is completely false. It is against Life/Safety codes to use a secured escalator as a staircase. If they break down they have to be barricaded until repaired. Escalators are an inherintly dangerous piece of equipment and a maintenance nightmare. They are also energy hogs. I can see why they have resisted their installation. I would guess installing them will raise liability insurance exponentially and also add a huge chunk of change to the operating budget.

Well Steve believes in Harbs leading the team in 2017, so our fans should respect that... So you want our owner acting like SD and Rams owners who refused to upgrade their stadium and ended up going to their neighbor and sharing their backyard? You want our PLS owners and fans who are paying tickets to the game sitting in old stadium without perks and conveniences? when other team continue to upgrade their stadium to accommodate fans' interests? PS: don't take things for granted.....look around the league and see how lucky we are to have Steve as an own who cares about the Ravens nation and the fans....

I like Pitta, but he is a terrible blocker (that's being nice). In my opinion, I would cut Pitta post June 1 and cut Watson. Having Boyle, Gillmore, Waller and Williams is enough. They are cheap and if Gillmore balls out, pay him or have Maxx Williams step into the starting role full time. He was a 2nd round pick.

rmw10 selects the... GREEN BAY PACKERS

Thats what it was. How is asking to be traded to a better team any different that what Garret said? I mean, i wouldnt have said it that way, but i have no issue with him publicly saying what he feels. I think players are often too politically correct and give cliche answers. I wont fault anyone for being authentic

I just want to go on the record saying @rmw10 missed a chance with the team selection picture.

one thing I've decided on linebackers after our last 2 draft picks in the second round is this: While speed is great, it is more important that they love football a whole lot and their football IQ is off the charts. For linebackers to be successful, they need to react quickly meaning diagnose plays fast and move fast. Now, if we find these guys and they happen to be really fast, even better. But, I would emphasize football IQ over speed.

dude, it's offseason so chill...Ryan Mink just posts something to entertain us...real stuffs will happen after the draft and preseason.....

To be honest... I think Foreman goes in the 2nd if not higher. I've seen some mocks with him easily in the 2nd round. If anything I think Juju falls to the 3rd or 4th and Foreman goes higher. I really haven't been impressed with Juju's film and that is coming from someone who loved Keenan Allen's tape and Allen fell to the 3rd round. I don't mind the Peppers pick though in the first.

THIS IS YOUR FAULT. You betrayed me you didn't keep your promise you tricked me and i don't care anymore

most likely and all the players drafted with the picks the fo hoards will be gone in 4 years. mediocrity must end.
  22. 3 points
Do you think that everyone else is drafting probowlers every round of every draft? Every team has more misses than hits and that includes the early rounds. Thats how it works. There are easily 15-20 other teams that would kill to have Ozzie as their GM 😀
  23. 3 points
Mike Williams isn't happening unless we trade up to get him. The same holds true for Lattimore.
  24. 3 points
Well, the major difference would be that the Ravens offense actually managed to get some first downs in the second half while running three times as many plays as the Falcons did against NE. They didn't score a bunch of points but it was enough and they at least gave the D some time off the field in the 4th quarter when it mattered most. What seemed to hurt the Ravens the most In the second half(besides the momentum robbing outage)was Ngata going down. It was like throwing a switch(whoops!) opening up the D.

They used to have small TVs above the urinals at the Verizon Center, but got rid of them because the lines weren't moving.

Usually after their first non-rookie contract. For many of them, the first non-rookie contract is their best chance to cash in.

I think the OL situation is much worse than the QBs

I looked at the game again, Ryan took and made some HORRIBLE decisions regardless of the play call. Remember when Flacco threw an INT vs the Eagles? Was it a good play call? No, but that throw he made was trash ...Ryan took some HORRIBLE sacks late game and had ample time to get rid of the ball.

That was my pause but I thought they had enough cap room to add the pieces I'd like to add. Kind of figured that I'm at least a steady threat as long as I have Rodgers at the helm. Not the perfect situation but really think I can make do with them.

People need to remember he lives in Arlington. Isn't the stadium there or they practice there in the summer? He's an A+ character, so this is entirely about wanting to be a Cowboy because he was a fan for 20 years.

Agree completely. I like Boyle and Gilmore, hopefully Gilmore can stay healthy. And it would certainly be nice to get any production from the second round pick. Not sure if he can block though. Or stay healthy. Our drafting........... :( I definitely think it's time to part with Watson and Pitta though

Sterling Shepard had a way better year than Mitchell and should've been on it. Noah Spence is on it. Micheal Thomas is on it. 3 future pro bowlers and both big areas of need......... Yet we chose the almighty KC??? Wizard of Oz or Wizard of Whiffs???

Round 1- Sidney Jones CB Washington Jones has been probably the most steady in terms of draft stock. He's been ranked in the top 20 on a lot of boards for a while. He has no off the feild issues, is a hard worker and doesn't seem to have much of an injury history. You'd like to see him at 185lbs at the combine and run well to cement his stock. - I could put Humphrey/Wilson here. I'm not sure how the ravens will dictate between the 3. Round 2- Desmond King DB Iowa Hey, if the board falls this way. Why not. We need more young dbs and although king needs work, he can still contribute on special teams and have a chance to learn behind Webb and weddle on his switch to safety. I think king and the ravens are just a dream cenario waiting to happen. Round 3- Pat elfien C Ohio St This is really anyone's guess. I have a feeling we should get someone who falls and elfien could be that guy. Especially with lamp and feeney showing the same versatility at C. Although I see elfien as a true center. I don't see him playing much guard at the next level. We could go another direction and get a powerful guard and just leave either zuttah or urchel at C. 2 great guards always help a center. So we'll see Round 3 (comp) - Curtis Samuel RB/WR Ohio St I'm not sure he'll fall this far but I think he's a 3rd rounder for sure. He has no true position and some teams will have a hard time finding him a spot on their team. His skills would mesh well with what our offense needs, and I think Roman will find a way to get him the ball in space like he did with McCoy. 4th round- Chris wormley DE Michigan Of course we go with a Michigan guy. Why wouldn't we. He seems like a raven player and just adds good depth to our d line. 5th round- Ardarius Stewart WR Alabama Is a bit underrated and made big plays at critical times for Alabama throughout his career. He's a good run blocker and can contribute on special teams. 6th round- Jalen Reeves-maybin LB Tennessee His injury history seems to have him lower than he should be. He probably won't fall this far as a lot of my later round guys seem to be but itd be nice to grab this guy in rounds 4-7 7th round- trey Hendrickson edge FAU Again, it's hard to judge how far guys will fall but I like what I've seen from this kid. He can definitely get to the qb and that will get him drafted

I remember when I had the Browns my first year in this game, I threw out an 11 star bid for Aqib Talib and no one even attempted to get him away from me. Pretty insane considering how prices are today.

Burfict may have very little emotional IQ, but he does possess a very high football IQ. He recognizes plays in a hurry and is there to make the play. He went undrafted due to character concerns but is a baller by any measure.

The Sqeelers will have AB, Eli Rogers, Ladarius Green, Matavius Bryant, Leveon Bell and Ben going into next season. We will need to add some help in that DBackfield if we are going to take our position back at the top of the AFC North.

I want Dalvin Cook as the # 1. but I would be extremely happy with: Mike Williams -WR-Clemson Quincy Wilson- CB- FLA Marshon Lattmore -CB- Ohio State Jabrill Peppers -S- Michigan (Peppers and Weddle together would be sick) I would be moderately happy with Ted Williams-OLB-Bamma (reminds me a lot of Upshaw) Takkarist McKinnley-OLB UCLA. (production isn't there overall) Solomon Thomas- DL- Stanford (not bc he is not great but bc we have bigger needs) Sidney Jones-CB - Washington (just because he seems frail) Taco Charlton-DE- MIch (bc we drafted Kafusi there last year) I would be disappointed with: Malik McDowell_DT-Mich St Leonard Fournetter RB- LSU (too injury prone for the AFC north) OJ Howard-TE- Bamma (if we take another TE im going to flip)

WE have some guys who need to take the next step if we are going to get to where we want to be. Here are a dozen: 1. Alex Lewis.... I have a feeling we are going to let Wags walk which means Lewis will need to step up and be the man at RT 2. Breshad Perriman... We need him to become our # 1 WR (if not this year...definitely next) 3. Kenneth Dixon... he showed signs that he can be a workhorse type of back for us but we need him to take that next step 4. Darren Waller... the kid is a mismatch at TE and a freak athlete. Now that he has gotten his feet wet... we need him to take the next step and develop into a vertical TE 5. Maxx WIlliams... Man he has so much ability but appears to have the problem that a lot of gifted players due... they never had to develop the work ethic. Hopefully maxx makes the lead this year. (if not Nick Boyle will be kept and Maxx may be gone) 6. Mat Judon... he showed flashes of ability but with us likely to lose Elvis... Judon could be the man on a stacked defensive- if he can take the next step. 7. Tavon Young.... tavon showed sings of being able to be a quality starter in this league. Now he will have to string this work together on a consistent basis. I like his chances 8. Bronson Kafusi... if Kafusi can live up to potential.... he can greatly help our desperate search to improve the pass rush. And with his massive size he can help stop the run and reduce the impact that losing BW may cause 9. Kamalei Coreia... KC has a chance to step into a starting spot and fulfill his draft status... It was a big blow to lose Zach Orr but KC could really fill a need (as he was drafted to do) 10. Carl Davis... Davis showed a ton of potential in his rookie year but seemed to hit that rookie wall and never recovered. We need CD to take that next step (especially if we lose big Brandon). Davis can become a key piece in our front seven. 11. Chris Moore... We could very easily lose SSS, Mike Wallace and Kamar Aiken this off season. We will bring somebody in to help out at WR regardless if that means we retain Wallace, or bring in a FA or draft a WR or a combination of those possibilities. That should still mean that CMoore will have a great opportunity to earn himself some recognition and opportunity. He has the athletic ability but will need to put a lot of work in to bring his skillset up to match his athletic potential. 12. Maurice Canaday... CB out of VA, who is on our practice squad. Canaday showed a lot of potential in camp and our hopes that Sharece Wright and Jerrod Powers would live up to the hype left Canaday relegated to the PS. Canaday looked better then both of them (and could not have been much worse). I think he surprised people and takes the next step+ Looking forward to seeing him next season. Finally (Bonus) if Dean Pees don't take the next step and learn to close teams out... it will not matter what these young guys do. Pees needs to get better or we will miss the playoffs again... losing a bunch of close games in the 4th quarter and frustrating Raven nation to no end. (and costing harbs his job). Pees got to get it together quickly!

ive been saying the same for years... I don't get how the NFL and media thinks OZZ is the DRAFT GOD.. hes horrible.. our team is PATHETIC because of it hes got more misses than hits in the last 5 drafts.. say what you wanna say but the problem is OBVIOUS..
